Reward-E Privacy Policy

Reward-E ("the App") is developed by Invotek AS ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our star rewards app for kids.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Apple ID (for authentication via Sign in with Apple)
• Display name (from your Apple ID, can be hidden)
• Email address (optional, from Apple ID)

Family Data

• Family name
• Children's names (first name only, as entered by you)
• Star balances and transaction history
• Family invite codes

Technical Data

• Device type and OS version
• App usage analytics (if enabled)
• Crash reports (if enabled)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and secure your account
• Store and sync your family's star rewards data
• Enable family sharing features
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using:

• Firebase Authentication - for secure sign-in
• Firebase Firestore - for family data storage

Data is stored in Google Cloud data centers in the EU (europe-west1).

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for marketing purposes

We only share data with:

• Firebase/Google Cloud - as our data storage provider
• Apple - for Sign in with Apple authentication

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data through the app
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data upon request

To delete your account, use the in-app account deletion option in Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Reward-E is designed for use by parents and families. We take children's privacy seriously:

• We store children's first names only, as entered by parents
• We do not collect any data directly from children
• All app usage is controlled by parents/guardians
• Children do not create their own accounts
• No advertising is shown to children

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication via Apple
• Firebase security rules to protect data access
• Each family's data is isolated and only accessible by family members

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
