How do I create a family?

After signing in with your Apple ID, tap "Create Family" and enter your family name. You can then add children and start giving out stars.

How do I invite another parent?

Go to Settings and tap on your invite code. Share the code or QR code with the other parent. They can enter it when joining the app to connect to your family.

How does the star value work?

Each star has a monetary value that you set (default is 1 NOK). When children earn stars, they accumulate value. You can change the star value in Settings.

Is my family's data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely in Firebase with end-to-end encryption. Each family's data is isolated and only accessible by family members. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use the app offline?

Reward-E requires an internet connection for cloud sync and family sharing. However, some data may be available offline thanks to Firebase's offline cache.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Reward-E, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account and use the account deletion option. This will remove your account and all associated data. If you're a family admin, please transfer ownership or delete the family first.

What currency is supported?

Reward-E supports multiple currencies. You can change your currency in Settings. The star value and total balances will be displayed in your chosen currency.
