Reward-E Terms of Service

By downloading or using Reward-E ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Reward-E is a family-oriented star rewards app that helps parents motivate children through a star-based reward system. The App is provided by Invotek AS ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Oslo, Norway.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

Use the App in accordance with its intended purpose
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Ensure that you have parental authority over any children added to the App
Keep your account credentials secure
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Family Data

When you create a family in Reward-E:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
You may invite other family members to join via invite codes
As a family admin, you can manage children, rewards, and settings
Leaving or deleting a family may result in data loss for your account

4. Children's Data

Reward-E is designed to be operated by parents/guardians:

Only parents should create accounts and manage family settings
Children's first names are stored to personalize the experience
We comply with COPPA and do not collect data directly from children under 13

5. Subscriptions

Reward-E offers optional Premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data
Interfere with the App's operation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Reward-E is owned by Invotek AS and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
