Count-E Privacy Policy

Count-E ("the App") is developed by Invotek AS ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our daily counter and date tracker app.

1. Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Count-E stores all your data locally on your device using SwiftData. This includes:

• Counter activities (names, goals, icons, colors)
• Daily tally counts for each activity
• Date counters ("days since" and "days until" events)
• App settings and preferences

We do not have access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal identification information
• No location data
• No in-app analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No third-party analytics SDKs in the app
• No crash reporting services

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There is no cloud storage, no server-side database, and no remote data processing.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information
• Share your data with advertisers
• Share your data with any third parties
• Use your data for marketing purposes

5. Data Export

You can export your counter history as a CSV file. This export is performed locally on your device and the file is shared using the iOS share sheet. We do not receive a copy of the exported data.

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access: View all your data directly in the app
• Delete: Delete the app to remove all data, or delete individual activities
• Export: Export your data as CSV

7. Children's Privacy

Count-E is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Website Analytics

This website (dashecorp.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sites. Only aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, browser type) are collected. This applies only to the website, not the app itself.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or on this page.

GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Since Count-E stores all data locally and does not transmit it to any server, these rights are inherently fulfilled by the app's design.
