Fast-E ("the App") is developed by Invotek AS ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our intermittent fasting timer app.
Fast-E stores all your data locally on your device using SwiftData. This includes:
We do not have access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
If you subscribe to Fast-E Premium, payment is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit 2. We do not collect or store payment information.
With your explicit permission, Fast-E can write completed fasting sessions to Apple Health. This data is managed by Apple's HealthKit framework and is subject to Apple's privacy policies. You can revoke this access at any time in your device Settings.
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There is no cloud storage, no server-side database, and no remote data processing.
We do NOT:
Premium subscribers can export their fasting history as a CSV file. This export is performed locally on your device and the file is shared using the iOS share sheet. We do not receive a copy of the exported data.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:
Fast-E is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or on this page.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Since Fast-E stores all data locally and does not transmit it to any server, these rights are inherently fulfilled by the app's design.
