How do I start a fast?

Open Fast-E and tap the Start button on the main screen. The timer will begin counting your fasting window based on your selected schedule.

Can I change my fasting schedule?

Yes. Go to Settings > Fasting Schedule to choose from popular schedules like 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD (23:1).

Is my data stored online?

No. All your fasting data is stored locally on your device. We have no servers and do not collect any personal data.

Is Fast-E really free?

Yes. Every feature in Fast-E is available at no cost. There are no paywalls and no ads.

How does the timer work?

Tap the Start button to begin your fasting window. The animated ring shows your progress in real time. When your fasting period is complete, you can end your fast. If you need to stop early, you can cancel at any time.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all data. You can also clear individual fasting sessions within the app.
