By downloading or using Fast-E ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Fast-E is an intermittent fasting timer app that helps you track fasting and eating windows. The App is provided by Invotek AS ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Oslo, Norway.

2. Health Disclaimer

Fast-E is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The App is designed as a timer and tracking tool only
Intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone
Consult your doctor before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have diabetes, eating disorders, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication
We are not responsible for any health consequences from fasting
Stop fasting immediately if you feel unwell

3. Pricing

Fast-E is free to use. All features are available at no cost, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Fast-E is owned by Invotek AS and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
