Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a fast?

Open Fast-E and tap the Start button on the main screen. The timer will begin counting your fasting window based on your selected schedule.

Can I change my fasting schedule?

Yes. Go to Settings > Fasting Schedule to choose from popular schedules like 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD (23:1).

Is my data stored online?

No. All your fasting data is stored locally on your device. We have no servers and do not collect any personal data.

What is Fast-E Premium?

Premium unlocks additional features including CSV export of your fasting history and Apple Health integration. You can subscribe in Settings > Premium.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Fast-E, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings > Premium and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore your subscription if you've reinstalled the app or changed devices.

Does Fast-E work with Apple Health?

Yes. Premium subscribers can sync completed fasting sessions to Apple Health. Enable this in Settings > Data > Apple Health.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all data. You can also clear individual fasting sessions within the app.
